FUN Family Yoga
with Kabir Samlal
Join International Youth Asana Champion, Kabir Samlal and share in the fun of yoga as a family! while helping the Yoga Medicine Seva Foundation raise money to fight human trafficking in India.
Kabir has been practicing since age five and has more than 10 ears of experience cultivating a fun and exciting practice as a child and teen. In this class you’ll learn basic breathing, concentration and poses that cultivate self confidence, patience and focus for the whole family. Children’s attention is captured by the introduction of poses through dynamic stories- like the ‘tree’ which stretches out it’s limbs and the ‘eagle’ that perches in the tree.- Kabir engages in discussions at break times and challenges children with questions about their experience. Leave class having shared stories and smiles with the most special little yogis.
All are welcome, kids under 8 must be accompanied by an adult. Recommended minimum age of 5 years old.
All proceeds will be used to establish a new shelter 45 miles outside of New Delhi to provide health check-ups, educational & vocational training, food, clothing, and most of all- mental and spiritual rehabilitation for a brighter future to survivors of human trafficking.
